Come Together Solutions was founded on a simple belief: when people can communicate with confidence, they can participate more fully in their workplaces, businesses, and communities.

I'm Maggie Koch, an educator, communication professional, and founder of Come Together Solutions. My background spans college teaching, professional communication, international work, nonprofit leadership, and business.

I hold a master's degree in Strategic Communication and a bachelor's degree in English and Cultural Anthropology. I taught college writing and Business English for more than five years and have worked extensively in marketing, professional communication, training, and program leadership.

My understanding of language and cross-cultural communication comes from years of international experience. I served with the Peace Corps in Mali and Slovakia, where I taught English and French and worked closely with people navigating communication across languages and cultures. I speak English, French, and Slovak and hold a 120-hour TEFL certification.

Today, I bring those experiences together to help multilingual professionals and entrepreneurs strengthen the English and communication skills they need in real-world situations—from meetings and presentations to workplace conversations, networking, customer interactions, and professional writing.

My goal isn't simply to teach English. It's to help people communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and connection.
